Bl. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish

We are located in Irondequoit, New York.
The former parishes of Christ the King, St. Cecilia, St. Margaret Mary, St. Salome, and St. Thomas the Apostle have become one parish - Bl. Kateri Tekakwitha - and worship at three sites - Christ the King, St. Cecilia and St. Margaret Mary. St. Ann's Community, an assisted living and nursing home community, is part of our planning group.

We have been working together to support our Seniors through Irondequoit Senior Ministries (ISM). Some of the ministries supported by ISM are:

• A monthly Regional Calendar of all activities in every parish in Irondequoit
• Transportation Services for senior citizens in our faith communities
• Weekly Communion Services in all the senior care facilities within the community
• Periodic senior day trips

Are you wondering how to become a new parishioner? All that is required is to fill out a "Parish Census Card." Visit or call the office during office hours or see the priest after Mass.

Home Blessing - Have you recently moved to the area? A wonderful tradition of the Church is to bless a new home and to ask the Lord to help make the new dwelling a place of peace and hospitality. Even if you have lived for a long time in your present residence, you may wish to ask the Lord's continued blessing. Please contact the parish office to arrange for a visit by a priest or deacon.
